Social policy ‘ruining childhood’
Daily Telegraph – Childhood is being undermined by a string of “oppressive demands” from ministers disguised as social policy, experts have claimed. Academics said legislation introduced over the last 20 years increasingly cast children and their families as numbers rather than real people. It meant their needs were being shunned in favour of targets that could be easily measured, it was claimed. Read Article
