Ed – The oceans will also absorb all the CO2, sulphur dioxide and other gases emitted daily by the hundred’s of active volcanoes under the world’s seas. All of which emit daily far more CO2 than mankind has ever emitted. If atmospheric CO2 levels had such a direct impact then life would never have survived on this planet in the multiple periods in the earth’s history when atmospheric CO2 has been many times more prevelent than its current level of 0.038%.
